چکیده
The immobilization of horseradish peroxidase in the form cross-linked enzyme aggregates (HRP–CLEAs) was optimized by three parameters full factorial experimental design at two levels and degradation an azo dye tested. optimal conditions were estimated as 0.06 mg enzyme/mL (0.96 U), 3 % (v/v, Glutaraldehyde)) cross-linker ratio, 6 /mL Bovine Serume Albumine amount, respectively. effects variables analysed responce surface plots concentration effect insignificant for tested levels. maximum CLEAs activity 0.2188 U kinetic (Km Vmax) 0.0314 mM 0.1044 mM/min while calculated values soluble 0.468 mM/min, Hydrogen peroxide has inhibitory on aggregate activities higher amounts than 0.012 mM. Under conditions, a textile dye, Reactive Blue 160 completely oxidized within 90 h temperatures also showed promising results degradation.

متن کاملKinetics and Energetics of Azo Dye Decolorization by Pycnoporus sanguineus
Trypan Blue, an azo dye, was decolorized using the self-immobilizing fungal biomass of Pycnoporus sanguineus. The extent and the rate of dye decolorization were directly proportional to the initial dye concentration (20–60 mg L) and the reaction temperature (25–45°C). Mass transfer within and outside the pellets did not limit dye degradation. The apparent kinetics of the decolorization reaction...
متن کاملAzo dye decolorization assisted by chemical and biogenic sulfide.
The effectiveness of chemical and biogenic sulfide in decolorizing three sulfonated azo dyes and the robustness of a sulfate-reducing process for simultaneous decolorization and sulfate removal were evaluated. The results demonstrated that decolorization of azo dyes assisted by chemical sulfide and anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonate (AQDS) was effective. In the absence of AQDS, biogenic sulfide was ...

Decolorization of azo dye Red 3BN by two bacterial species Bacillus cereus and B. megaterium has been analyzed using mineral effluent, consisting of known concentration of the dye in ZZ medium. Physico chemical parameters like carbon source, nitrogen source, temperature, pH and inoculum volume are optimized for the decolorization process by changing one parameter at a time. Optimal condition fo...
